General reminder to log all "relevant" reading material
Here I am defining relevant to mean:
Novel: Did I learn something new?
Effective: Was the information presented in a particularly effective way?
Standalone: Does this piece rely on supporting pieces? If so, log them as supporting documents.

For setup instructions:

Assumption: you can just run npm i in /src to install all dependencies, everything should work from then
Potential problem: this is not a global install, and environment.d.ts and tsconfig.json live outside of the /src directory which has the node modules
