Add ability to create a new item in the ECNQueue module and expose it via the API. This could be done by either:

  • Actually sending an email into the queue like the ECN Contact Us page does
  • Create a mock email directly in the live queue system

The first option might be simplest and tie into existing infrastructure. Should check with Curtis when the time comes.
