There is a priority error with the the windows 36 item: attached below:

windows 36

The priority should be "DOUG", but in wbqueue2, the priority is listed as "RECEIVED" instead.

Needs tested to reporduce. Might be an issue with shared queue support.

This is confirmed to be related to #10 and furthur discussion will happen in that issue.
