Item headers can be made visible by using MUI Tabs.

Example: MUI tabs fullwidth variant:
MUI Tabs

There would be two tabs following item metadata and controls, the first table would be the ItemBody and this would be the default tab. The second tab would contain a table of searchable table of headers.
