Display related Items in ItemView

Problem

There is currently no means to find related items without manual search or prior knowledge.

Proposal

Display links to related Items in the ItemView to provide quick relational access. The matching could be signature based using a combination of consistent identifiers like the sending email address, subject, timestamps etc. Consideration should also be given to header based tracking.

Examples

webqueue
The previous webqueue matched related Items based on the email address they came from. This works when the sending email is consistent but breaks when the same user uses a different email address or when new respondents enter the conversation.

This will not be completed by the current team. This would be best implemented after a migration to a database backend on the API.
