Too many files in one directory

Need to modify the export script (and extraction script) from the toolbox to save each watershed in a separate directory in the folder where GIS routing model input files are being saved. Currently all files are pushed to the same directory, which when you get past a couple of outlets gets to be a long list and slows all software down trying to access the directory contents.

This can definitely be done in the export tool of the ArcGIS toolset, but also needs to be handled in the follow-on c programs.
