ENH: Added MultiGCN model

• Closes Create model #7.
• Added MultiGCN model class in models.py.
• Features still left to add: multiple outputs (Generalize number of outputs in the model #14), different convolution layers (Generalized MultiGCN to accept different convolution layers #13), shared FFN (Add shared feed forward layers  #15).
• Node tensor is converted to torch.float32 in AtomsDataset and AtomsDatapoints for compatibility with neural network weights.
