Example input and output files are included in the zipped source file (FARM-LAMP_Image_Analysis_v1.0.0_src.zip).
Finally, the attached file (FARM-LAMP_Image_Analysis_v1.0.0_publication.zip) is used in the publication entitled "A portable, easy-to-use paper-based biosensor for rapid in-field detection of fecal contamination on fresh produce farms" by Wang et al.
