The dataset for training the VAE is located in: downloads11.zip The model with the saved weights is in: cvae_e200.hdf5. Both of the above are provided as links in the last slide of the presentation. The first step to run the code would be to extract the zip file. Note that the code block which computes the disconnected susceptibility and magnetization for system sizes 50 by 50 to 3200 by 3200 in steps of 2, takes about 3 hours to execute. Further instructions to execute the code has explictly been explained in the code itself as comment lines.
